The
Garden Gnome's Song
The digital clock reads a palindrome
But nobody cares but me
Or agrees we should kill the garden gnome
Put it out of misery
And let it be free
And he sings and I listen
Soon I'll try to remember
The melody and the words
I will try to hack the song
The garden gnome's song is a palindrome
But nobody cares but me
Or agrees we should record his great song
So all men can hear him sing
And he'll keep writing
And he sang and I listened
Now I try to remember
The melody and the words
They went something like this hack:
"I'm the gnome of the garden and this is my happy song
"Watch me sing, dancing around, and forget about what's wrong,"
But it's done in palindrome, though I can't remember how
I tell this story badly, so forget about me now
The garden gnome's song is a palindrome
But nobody cares but me
Or agrees we should kill the garden gnome
Put it out of misery
And let it be free
